Patrick Docherty founded Melbourne Mortgage Centre over ten years ago and has grown it into a successful mortgage broking practice largely through client and professional referrals – a testament to the quality service he provides.  He has built his business and reputation on the back of his core values of respect, trust, and peace-of-mind.

Patrick established the company after previous experience in the property investment industry and a period operating as a Mortgage Choice broker.

His clients readily warm to him as a knowledgeable and calming influence and he sees himself very much as an educator and facilitator who give his clients the options, and then “gets the job done”.

Patrick is a strong contributor to business and community organisations.

He is has been an active member of Rotary for more than five years and as the chair of their International Committee worked on projects for orphanages in Vietnam and Cambodia including the recent building of a well to bring water to over 200 people.  He also worked on a Rotary project to take ten Australian students to the 2015 Gallipoli commemoration.

As the President of his daughter’s netball club, the coach and life member of his son’s cricket team, and a ten year member of a local BNI business networking group Patrick is a trusted and highly respected community leader.
