Gary Ritchie commenced his mortgage broking career in 2003, when he joined Mortgage Choice.

In 2005 he purchased his own mortgage broking franchise in the Whittlesea area. Over the ensuing years, he worked hard to build up his business, from a small clientele base to a very large one.
